Japanesedojo is a Japanese language and cultural experience platform led by a native Japanese tutor from Aichi, Japan.
The lessons focus mainly on intensive 1-on-1 teaching, helping students improve their practical Japanese communication skills through personalized learning.
With study abroad experience in Australia and fluency in both Japanese and English, the founder is able to support students from different backgrounds in a friendly and approachable way.
Beyond language learning, Japanesedojo also aims to introduce the deeper side of Japan through culture, history, local traditions, and real-life experiences.
Based in Aichi Prefecture, the project focuses especially on promoting hidden local areas and lesser-known cultural experiences that are often overlooked by international tourists.
Through both online lessons and local activities, Japanesedojo hopes to become a bridge connecting people around the world with authentic Japan.

“Philosophy”
My philosophy in teaching Japanese is that language should be used to connect people, not just to memorize grammar rules.
Of course grammar is important, but I believe students improve the most when they enjoy meaningful conversations and feel emotionally connected to the language.
I want my students to experience Japanese as a living language used in daily life, culture, travel, friendships, and real communication.
Learning Japanese should feel exciting and personal, not stressful or mechanical.
That is why I try to create lessons where students can naturally speak, make mistakes confidently, and discover Japanese culture while learning the language.
I also believe that learning a language can open the door to discovering a completely new way of thinking and seeing the world.
Through Japanese, I hope students can experience not only Tokyo or famous tourist destinations, but also the warmth of local communities, traditional culture, and everyday life in regional Japan.
For Tabidojo, my vision is closely connected to my hometown in Aichi. As a local person, I feel happy and proud when people from overseas discover the beauty of places that are not widely known internationally.
Aichi has many unique traditions, local festivals, historical sites, crafts, and food culture that even many Japanese people have never experienced deeply. Through Tabidojo,
I hope to share these hidden cultural experiences with both local and international visitors, while also helping preserve and support local communities for the future.
